I have a binder size that I like, how do I measure it so I can tell you what size I need?
Binder sizing is measured by the rings not the spine. If you tell us the spine size though we can tell you what ring size that would be and provide you the right size binder to meet your needs. Alternatively, tell us the thickness of your paper stack in inches, and we can then determine the exact ring size.

We want to reduce our carbon foot print what is the most eco friendly binder you have?
Casemade binders without film lamination are the most eco-friendly and are fully recyclable once the rings are removed. They are made of 100% recycled cardboard and the rings can be removed as well. Our factory has a waste reduction and recycling program in place. Even products made from vinyl and plastic materials are part of the program. Waste and off-cuts are put through the recycling stream and reused or repurposed into other products.

We have a tight deadline what's the fastest you can get an order to us?
We can do binder with a digitally entrapped sheet with a clear vinyl overlay on standard ring sizes within 3 business days (some conditions apply).

I have my own designer; will you work with them to develop the product that works best for me?
Absolutely, we work with advertising agencies, graphic designers, marketing companies and printers and print brokers to customize solutions to meet your needs.

How do you need to receive our artwork?
All logos should be created and saved as vector files, or outlined. Type fonts should be sent with the file or should be outlined. We accept files as pdf, illustrator or eps files. Please note that jpeg files and scanned images are not proper graphics files and may require extra cost for artwork preparation. Large files should be sent on a disk or may be uploaded to our ftp site; please contact us for details.

How do you ship your products?
All shipments are FOB our factory (freight extra). It is always best to ship on pallets that are film wrapped to prevent loose cartons going astray and product damage. Your premises should ideally have a truck level loading dock; if not, you need to let us know the receiving conditions at your site in advance. We may need to send a truck with a lift gate. If you need to move individual cartons within your premises, we need to know this in advance as well; additional charges will apply. In cold weather it is advisable to ship via heated transport.
